REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
About The Process
At RAWX, every product is crafted with attention to detail and quality. Many of our products involve unique design elements, custom finishes, and premium materials, which make each piece special.
Due to the nature of our process, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or finish compared to what you see online. These variations are part of the individuality of RAWX products and should not be considered defects.
We stand by our commitment to provide high-quality products, but we also request your understanding that RAWX is building not just a brand, but a movement toward authenticity, originality, and sustainability.
RETURNS
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged product.

You received a product with major manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching, fabric faults).
Returns will not be accepted for:

Customized or made-to-order items.
-
Minor variations in color or finish.
-
Design variations inherent to handcrafted/unique pieces.
-
Sizing issues (unless the error is from our side).
-
General dissatisfaction after use.
EXCHANGE
Exchange is applicable in the following cases:

Sizing issues (if the error is from your side, you cover both pickup & dispatch charges).

You wish to exchange for a different size/product (shipping borne by the customer).

If the sizing issue is from RAWX’s end, we will arrange both pickup and delivery at no extra cost.
All exchanges are subject to inspection once we receive the returned product.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed only under these conditions:

You received a damaged or defective product.
-
The product you ordered went out of stock and your order was cancelled.

COD order cancellations done within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Refunds will be issued in one of the following ways (as per your choice):

Original mode of payment (bank/UPI/card, etc.).
-
RAWX Store Credits/Gift Cards (which never expire and can be used on any future purchase).
IMPORTANT NOTES

All return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
-
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
